1. say: He is Allah, the one and Only;
2. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
3. He begets not, nor was He begotten;
4. And there is none co-equal or comparable unto him.

This is the requirement, this is your test, your gauntlet!
I'll explain it to you, just to make things more easy to you.
1. say: He is Allah, the one and Only;
As you enter to the "ring" test, your first mission is to be the one and only. To become a God, you must be unique, must be the only species. Of course, right? A God should be special in any mean, a God must be the one. If someone had same uniqueness or same species to you, they could claim to be a God too.
This is just the first test, this should be easy, right? So, be unique, be the one. You can be a mutant, super human or something.
2. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
After you complete the first test, the second test is to be eternal and absolute. To be enjoy the taste of power and wealth you must become eternal, so you can taste it longer. If you read this, than you still have a chance to be eternal, because your not dead yet.
Yes, God must be Absolute, that's for sure. A God doesn't need anyone or anything. A God could stand on His own. If God depend His life on something, than He might be cannot life without that things, and that's uncool. From now on, you should start to live on your own. Start to make food on your own, make your own clothes, build you own house, and on, and on. If you can do that, you one step closer to become a God.
3. He begets not, nor was He begotten;
This test is getting more difficult, isn't it? That's the way it should be, to have a great power, there is a hard work, right? By the way, this is your next challenge. A God begets not, nor was He begotten. In this test, if you have a kid, than you failed. But, if you still a single man/woman, than you still have a chance.
After you make sure that you don't have any kid, than continue to look at your family register, and make sure only you that filled in that register. Make sure you you don't have any parent. You have to make sure that your are not born from any mother in this world, and make sure there is no father that help any mother to make you born in this world too. This might be difficult, but don't give up now, you're close.
4. And there is none co-equal or comparable unto him.
Now finally, the last test. To become a God, to be an arrogant person, you must be uncomparable. Nothing in this world can be a measure to you. You must beyond compare. If someone can still comparing you to anything, than you failed. For examples, if someone can say that you are 1000 times stronger than Mike Tyson, than you failed. Even if someone can say that you are a million times richer than Bill Gates, you failed too. So, a God cannot be compare. In my opinion, that is impossible.
That's the overall requirements you must meet to become a God. If you make it through this test, contact me or went to a nearby Muslim society. In a short time you will be a God, Me and all Muslims will be happy to adore and worship you.
But, if you follow this test and failed, then keep in your mind and your heart, that you are HUMAN and please act like a HUMANS. Arrogant and powerful, only worthy owned by the God. That is Allah, the Almighty God.
